Uf Gozal (based on Arik Einstein’s song of the same name), is a discussion group designed for parents newly, or soon-to-be, empty nesters with all of its concomitant challenges and blessings. Data shows that in addition to the family, social, and other recalibrations of this phase of life, connection to one’s Jewish community can often begin to shift as children leave home. Come share experiences, challenges, joys, and reflections on this significant life change with others who are going through it too. No pre-registration is required!
