This weekend, TIC recognizes Scout Shabbat, a nationwide recognition of Jewish Scouting. TIC is home to both Cub Scout Pack 613, for children ages 5-11, and Scout Troop 613, for children ages 11-17. Jewish Scouting provides all of the classic elements of Scouting - the camping, volunteering, character development, and more - in a Shomer Shabbat, kosher context.
